• Oversee all store operations, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise
• Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing to customers
• Hire, train, and supervise staff, including cashiers, stockers, and sales associates
• Create schedules and assign tasks to staff to ensure efficient operation of the store
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve customer complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain inventory levels and order merchandise as needed
• Track sales and expenses, prepare reports, and analyze data to make informed business decisions
• Implement loss prevention measures, such as monitoring security cameras and conducting regular store audits
• Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
