Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Personal Banker (PB) to drive CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) acquisition and ensure excellent relationship management with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new CASA accounts through open market and branch-based activities
• Maintain and deepen existing customer relationships
• Achieve monthly sales targets for CASA and cross-sell banking products
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide prompt service
• Generate leads through field visits, references, and networking
• Educate customers on bank products, services, and digital platforms
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines

Required Skills:

• Minimum 1 year experience in CASA / Retail Banking Sales
• Strong communication and customer handling skills
• Ability to achieve targets and work independently
• Knowledge of local market and area

Qualification:

• Graduation (Any stream)
